RSVP & Money Due for Tampa Trip

RSVP’s and money are due on Saturday 2/25 at the Pinewood Derby or on Tuesday 2/28 at the Pack Meeting. Due to the nature of this trip we cannot accommodate RSVP’s after 2/28. The cost is $34 per person. Sorry, but there are no refunds if any member of your RSVP doesn’t attend.

Tampa Aquarium “Sleep with the Fishes”

It’s almost here! Our Pack only camp out this year is going to be at the Tampa Aquarium. The camp out begins on Friday, March 16th and ends sometime on Saturday, March 17th. Find more information on our “FORMS” page, including instructions for arrival & such.

UPDATED 1/23/12 Buc Tuocs Camp Out

The sleep over part of Buc Tuocs has been cancelled due to the heavy smoke that rolls in in the early morning and late evening hours. However, it dissipates during the day, so there are still going to be the usual Saturday activities, minus anything having to do with fire. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 10 AM . I should be emailed the schedule and a map beforehand, which I will distribute here and via email. You will report to the first activity. There is no check-in. Just park and go! Bring a lunch to eat on the go. Activities will wrap up around 5PM before the smoke rolls in. The Pack will NOT be providing meals since there is no scheduled meal time.

We still need Medical Forms filled out for EVERYONE, including leaders & committee members that have done it in the past. These are supposed to be updated ANNUALLY. (Medical Form)

Buc Tuocs Camp Out Feb. 3-5

THE SLEEP OVER PORTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. PLEASE READ HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHANGES.

Located at Camp Shands, this is one of the best and most fun camp outs to go to! There are about a dozen very well organized events throughout the day on Saturday that will earn your scout a lots of belt loops, badges and/or awards. Please confirm with your Den Leaders how many in your family will be attending. We must reserve our space and attend as a pack. The approx. cost is $15 per person. The Pack may collect additional monies, less than $5 per person, for a Pack dinner Friday night. You do not have to pay for the dinner if you do not wish to eat it. You can just bring your own dinner and join us! You also do not have to camp Friday night if you don’t want to, however, the activities start very early Saturday morning. Again, please get with your Den Leaders ASAP to reserve your space as it is limited!

Change to Leader & Committee Meetings

It has been decided to combine and change when the Den Leader & Committee meetings were being held. The combined meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month until further notice. If you are interested in how the pack is run, if you have a special skill that might help the pack run more efficiently, please attend a meeting. We have positions available and need volunteers to help with projects and activities!
