Training builds the confidence of leaders, which in turn builds the 
confidence of unit members in their den. This helps ensure success. It increases the tenure of leaders because they derive greater satisfaction from their job.
Some training is available online at the BSA Online Learning Center, which you may complete at your convenience via the internet. You will need to setup a profile at www.MyScouting.org to record your online training. Please be sure to print certificates of completion of online training for your records.
